This package is for the couple who wants to walk side-by-side with a wedding professional and have a friend throughout the entire planning process. Whether you don’t have the time to plan a wedding or you simply want someone to bounce fun ideas off of, this package is built to help you research, coordinate and design every little detail of your wedding.

  • Up to three venue walkthroughs to familiarize with event space, seating, and layout for ceremony and reception

  • Creation of the ceremony and reception layout

  • Vendor contract reviews

  • Useful guides to cover topics such as obtaining a marriage license, gratuities, rentals, and stationery

  • Constructing a detailed wedding day timeline for all vendors

  • Constructing a digital timeline that ensures all key moments are captured for the wedding party and family

  • Negotiating and contracting any needed hotel room blocks

  • Confirming all details with the appropriate vendors prior to the wedding

  • Management of your wedding ceremony rehearsal (up to 1 hour)

Wedding Day

  • One lead planner and qualified event assistant(s) present from start to finish to ensure that all the details desired are executed properly and in a timely fashion

  • Coordination and assistance with ceremony and reception setup (table and chair setup not included)

  • Coordinating pinning of boutonnières and ensuring VIPs receive flowers

  • Acting as the point of contact for all vendors

  • Décor Arrangement: We will set up and break down your wedding decor items, including any table numbers, place cards, guest book, and other miscellaneous decorations that you provide.

  • Directing the ceremony processional and recessional

  • Assisting the wedding party and guests as needed

  • Distribution of vendor gratuity and final payments (we will hand out any final payments and gratuity envelopes that you have provided)

  • Assist in gathering gifts and personal items for the evening's departure

  • Providing an emergency kit

  • Handle any unexpected surprises that may arise
