Partial Wedding Planning

Ideal for those who have a venue booked, a few vendors locked down and an event vision but need guidance booking more vendors and turning their event vision into a reality.  We’ll review what’s been done, set a plan, and ensure all details and to-dos are handled!

Pre-Wedding

  • Unlimited emails, scheduled phone calls, support, and guidance 

  • Customized list of vendor recommendations, based on your style and budget

  • Assisting with developing wedding design 

  • Management of vendors (up to three, excluding the venue)

  • Three pre-wedding consultations to ensure the day goes as planned

  • Custom checklist to organize tasks to get done before the wedding and reminders for completing these tasks

  • Up to two venue walkthroughs to familiarize with event space, seating, and layout for ceremony and reception

  • 24/7 access to our web-based, all-in-one wedding planning software

  • Useful guides to cover topics such as obtaining a marriage license, gratuities, rentals, and stationery

  • Creation of the ceremony and reception layout

  • Constructing a detailed wedding day timeline for all vendors

  • Constructing a digital timeline that ensures all key moments are captured for the wedding party and family

  • Confirming all details with the appropriate vendors prior to the wedding

  • Management of your wedding ceremony rehearsal (up to 1 hour)

Wedding Day​

  • One lead planner and qualified event assistant(s) present from start to finish to ensure that all the details desired are executed properly and in a timely fashion

  • Coordination and assistance with ceremony and reception setup (table and chair setup not included).

  • Coordinating pinning of boutonnières and ensuring VIPs receive flowers

  • Acting as the point of contact for all vendors

  • Décor Arrangement: We will set up and break down your wedding decor items, including any table numbers, place cards, guest book, and other miscellaneous decorations that you provide

  • Directing the ceremony processional and recessional

  • Assisting the wedding party and guests as needed

  • Distribution of vendor gratuity and final payments (we will hand out any final payments and gratuity envelopes that you have provided)

  • Assist in gathering gifts and personal items for the evening's departure.

  • Providing an emergency kit

  • Handle any unexpected surprises that may arise
