Mia and Sam's journey began seven years ago when they met on Hinge, and it's been nothing but pure joy ever since. They describe themselves as natural, fun-loving people who share a love for surfing, going to the gym, and enjoying dinner with friends, along with walking their two adorable fur babies, Kona and Kai.
Their proposal story reads like a fairytale, with a trip to the enchanting Positano, Italy, and a breathtaking hike along the Pathway of the Gods overlooking the Amalfi Coast. Just the two of them, a beautiful view, and a heartfelt "Will you marry me?" sealed the deal.
Flying Caballos Ranch
Nestled in Edna Valley Wine Country, just five minutes from downtown San Luis Obispo, the Flying Caballos Ranch was the canvas for Mia and Sam's dream celebration. This hidden gem seamlessly marries history and modern comforts, creating a one-of-a-kind destination.

This rustic yet elegantly designed space is a masterpiece, offering numerous amenities and meticulous attention to detail, inside and out. With its unique atmosphere, the Elegant Barn was the ideal setting for their special day.
A Wedding Personalized with Passion
Mia's love for Taylor Swift played a significant role in adding a personal touch to the wedding. Undercover Live, a fantastic cover band, performed a live version of "Lover" for the couple's first dance, making it a moment they'll cherish forever.
A Day of Effortless Joy
The wedding day exuded warmth and joy with a gentle summer breeze enveloping Edna Valley. As the couple exchanged their vows on the lush lawn with Islay Hill as their backdrop, the atmosphere was relaxed and carefree. Their rustic barn reception added a touch of elegance and modernity, complete with unique details like an outdoor fireplace and a dazzling hanging disco ball that set the stage for a night of celebration.
A Bridal Vision Brought to Life
Mia and Sam's wedding radiated timeless elegance and modern sophistication. The groom and his groomsmen looked sharp in classic black suits from Friar Tux, while Mia shone in her boutique gown by Sarah Seven. Her dress, a perfect blend of modern and minimalist design, beautifully complemented the black suits. This harmonious blend of classic and contemporary styles set the stage for a remarkable celebration of love.
A Neutral Palette of Elegance
The choice of the color palette for this special day was a testament to the timeless elegance and the appreciation for the natural beauty of the ranch setting. Mia and Sam's wedding was adorned with a harmonious blend of whites, ivories, and delicate touches of green.
These neutral tones not only harmonized perfectly but also served to accentuate the inherent beauty of the ranch's surroundings. The rolling hills, swaying trees, and the gentle breeze seemed to dance in unison with this elegant color scheme, creating a picturesque backdrop for the celebration of love.

Mia and Sam's wedding ceremony celebrated deep family connections, beautifully symbolized by their choice of Flower Girl and Ring Bearers. These roles were thoughtfully given to Mia's goddaughter and her brothers, signifying their unique bond.

As Mia, the bride, walked gracefully down the aisle, accompanied by both her parents, it was a touching moment that highlighted their close-knit family. Their ceremony served as a reminder that, within the embrace of family, a strong foundation for a lifetime of love and happiness is lovingly established.
Charming Details and Unique Touches
Mia's grandmother's vintage mirror, repurposed as a welcome sign, greeted guests with a touch of nostalgia and love. The seating chart made up of gold picture frames adorned with pressed florals from Mia’s mother's garden, added a personal touch to the decor that left everyone in awe.
A Sparkling Exit to Forever
The evening ended with a magical sparkler exit, a beautiful and romantic way to begin their life together as a married couple. The sparklers, held by guests, cast a warm, enchanting glow, turning the night into a dreamy spectacle.
The couple, hand in hand, walked through the aisle of sparklers, their smiles reflecting their happiness and excitement. It was as if time had stopped, and the world was celebrating their love. The cheers and applause of the crowd, combined with the soft crackling of the sparklers, created an atmosphere filled with joy and love.
