What's Included

 

Pre-Wedding

  • Two pre-wedding consultations to ensure the day goes as planned

  • Unlimited support and guidance starting eight weeks before your wedding day (if you contract with us prior to that, we encourage you to include us in the planning and ask us for advice along the way)

  • Provide you with any remaining vendor recommendations 

  • 24/7 access to our web-based, all-in-one wedding planning software 

  • Useful guides to cover topics such as obtaining a marriage license, gratuities, rentals, and stationery

  • Creation of the ceremony and reception layout

  • Constructing a detailed wedding day timeline for all vendors

  • Constructing a digital timeline that ensures all key moments are captured for the wedding party and family

  • Review and confirm wedding day timeline with vendors

  • Final venue walkthrough to familiarize with event space, seating, and layout for ceremony and reception

  • Confirming all details with the appropriate vendors prior to the wedding

  • Management of your wedding ceremony rehearsal (up to 1 hour)

Wedding Day

  • One lead planner & qualified event assistant(s) present from start to finish to ensure that all the details desired are executed properly and in a timely fashion

  • Directing the ceremony processional and recessional

  • Coordinating and assisting with the setup of the ceremony and reception (table & chair set up not included)

  • Coordinating pinning of boutonnières and ensuring VIPs receive flowers

  • Acting as the point of contact for all vendors

  • Setup of wedding accessories such as guestbook, place cards, favors, etc.

  • Assisting the wedding party and guests as needed

  • Distribution of vendor gratuity and final payments (we will hand out any final payments and gratuity envelopes that you have provided)

  • Providing an emergency kit

  • Assist in gathering gifts and personal items to be taken at end of the evening

Services typically begin 8 weeks prior to event.
